Liminal’s leadership team brings a track record of lean and effective execution at scale. In 2021, Mark Saunders and Ken-Ichi Hino founded a first-time energy storage fund at UBS that successfully developed, constructed and operated ~1.5GWh of standalone energy storage projects. The team has a unique combination of experience across project development, M&A, capital markets, and procurement with proven ability to execute in multiple asset classes.
